Trade Copier Changeover Service

We are slowly changing over from our original Trade Copier Service (www.socialtradertools.com) to our new, better and cheaper service using 4x Solutions.

Unless you actually have connection issues, this is not urgent but it would be good to move everyone across by the end of March if possible.

LET US HELP YOU

To make this transition easier, we are offering to do this for you if you require. To do that though, we will need you to do a couple of basic things so that we have everything we need to do it on your behalf.

STEP 1. 

Sign up for the new service here  https://www.4xsolutions.com/pricing

Choose the BASIC PLAN on a MONTHLY BASIS which is US$15 p/m. (cheaper than US$20 p/m currently)

NOTE: Don't add any accounts if you are not sure - we will do that for you.

STEP 2.

Send us an email to ericVIPmember@gmail.com with:

• Your login details for your existing service with www.socialtradertools.com 

AND 

• Your login details for the new 4xsolutions account
  
• Tell us whether you want to be connected to ERIC 10 or ERIC 20 (we will use ERIC 10 by default if we don't get instuctions)

STEP 3.

That's it! We will get to it as soon as we can and connect your existing account to ERIC for you. 

It will all happen automatically and we will also request closure on your old social trader tools account so that you don't get charged any more.

Please note: that we will have to close down any existing trades when we do this but it won't impact overall performance very much.
