Adapting to Changing Conditions

The markets are always changing. It’s just the nature of the free market economy and constantly changing geopolitical and economic conditions. Sometimes there will be periods of little market movement and other times of massive volatility. As has been mentioned before, this makes developing a single strategy very difficult (impossible really). 

We cater for the changing market conditions in a two ways:

• We build a portfolio of diverse strategies. Some will like calm conditions and others will like more volatile conditions

• We constantly monitor and retest strategies and tweak parameters if necessary based on results. We have some very powerful software that helps us do this very quickly
